Bev I am super conscious of keeping my immune system strong, especially when we have had such high stress levels during 2020 and the start of 2021with the COVID situation. I know that a lack of sleep, bad diet and stress are major factors in weakening the immune system, so I needed to keep a close eye on mine.
Someone recommended Superior Immune Boost to me. Because I am careful what I take supplement wise, I looked into the ingredients in this formula. Bingo! This one is a keeper for me. It had Elderberry and Olive leaf that I love for the immune system, but also has Zinc, Vit A&D and Selenium.
I don't only take Superior Immune Boost during winter, I have taken it every day from March 2020 and have not been sick since!
