Great Lakes Pure Protein Unflavoured Porcine Gelatin. Grade A Gelatin. Collagen Joint Care. Gelatin is the purified protein derived by the selective hydrolysis of collagen from the skin, the connective tissue and of bones of animals. Mix with hot water to form a gel. Consume immediately, or mix with other things (fruit juice and sweetener) to make gummies or jellies. You can obtain the same benefits that you can get from using collagen hydrolysate, supporting and building connective tissue. 1 tablespoon gels 600ml of liquid. Recommended Use: 1 Tablespoon (12 grams)
Room temperature liquids. Pour one tablespoon into a glass of your favourite juice or drink. Allow to soak for one minute while stirring, then drink.
Hot liquids: Add one tablespoon to cold liquid for one minuite. The add hot liquid and stir until dissolved.
Cold or hot cereals: Add one tabletpoon to bowl of hot or cold cereal and mix completely.
One tablespoon of gels one pint of liquid.
Note: Gelatin will clump in cold water.
