Puria Vitamin D3 Drops Liquid Vitamin D for infants and children. One drop a day. Supports absorption of calcium for strong bones and teeth. May assist in maintaining a healthy immune system. Many infants and children may be deficient in Vitamin D, as it may be difficult to receive sufficient Vitamin D from a normal diet. As well as this, we are encouraged to keep our children safe in the sun and out of direct sunlight and especially during the hours when sunlight is the brightest. These Vitamin D, 1 a day drops can be dropped directly into the childs mouth. Can also be taken by adults, especially when you consider that many of the other Vitamin D3 Drops on the market also contains 400IU per 1 drop, the same as these. 90 drops per bottle. 4.5 grams

Use and Dosage: One drop daily is recommended.
The bottle contains an in-built dropper that dispenses a single drop when the bottle is tipped up on a 45 degrees angle. Do not shake. Allow a few seconds for the drop to form.
The individual amount of Vitamin D required can vary on an individual basis, and actual requirements will be based on recommendations of your health professional.
The minimum recommended Adequate Intake (AI) for Vitamin D is 200IU per day from 0 – 18 years. To ensure that Vitamin D intake meets the AI, and to help prevent incidences of deficiency, each drop of Puria® Vitamin D drops contains 400IU of Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol 10mcg).
The Upper Limit for Vitamin D is 1,000IU per day for infants 0 – 12 months.
The Upper Level for Vitamin D is 3,200IU per day for children 1 – 18yrs.
Puria Vitamin D Drops are water dispersible and can be administered as a single drop directly into the child's mouth or added to their food or drink.
Puria® Vitamin D drops do not need to be refrigerated after opening. It is recommended that Puria® Vitamin D drops are stored below 25°C and used within 3 months of opening.
