Preparation: Take 1 level teaspoon (1 gram) per cup (150ml), place into infuser, plunger or china pot, pour over boiling water and leave to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Do not microwave.
Directions: Take 1-3 cups daily as an invigorating female tonic. For full regulating and toning benefit, take 3 cups daily for a minimum of 8-12 weeks. Once cycle is satisfactory take 1-3 cups daily in the second half of the cycle for maintenance.
