Suggested Dosage
Directions for use: Carefully read instructions leaflet enclosed prior to use: Fill Fess Sinu Cleanse squeeze bottle with pure or previously boiled warm water to line marked "Full" on the bottle. Do not use with boiling hot water. Gently shake until contents have completely dissolved.
Use as directed as per the instruction leaflet enclosed. Wash bottle and spout thoroughly with previously boiled water after each use. Use over a sink or the bath.
Caution: Avoid inhaling or swallowing the solution during use, as it may cause discomfort. Discard any remaining solution after use. Do not use Fess Sinu Cleanse is your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection.

Fess Sinu-Cleanse is a non medicated nasal and sinus wash which helps treat severe congestion due to sinusitis, rhinitis and allergies. When the powder sachet is mixed with warm water, a hypertonic saline solution is produced. Washing the inflamed mucous membranes with this hypertonic solution reduces swelling and helps restore normal nasal health. Fess Sinu Cleanse also thins mucus, normalises the acidic environment and washes away foreign particles, such as dust, pollen and allergens. Non-medicated and non habit forming. Ingredients
Sodium chloride, Sodium Bicarbonate and Xylitol. Preservative free. When mixed, each sachet will produce a 200ml Hypertonic Saline Solution.
