Lean or bend over a basin and place the cap gently inside the right nostril. Keeping your mouth open, gently squeeze the bottle in a pulsing action.
Allow half of the solution to wash through the nasal passages and sinus cavity and come out of the left nostril. Using the remaining solution, repeat this process in the left nostril.

Do not use the Sinu Cleanse if your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection.
Sinus Rinse Starter Kit
For decades people with sever congestion have been advised to irrigate their nasal and sinus passages with a saline solution. Irrigating means using a high volume of saline solution to wash through the nasal and sinus passages. Sinus Rinse Nasal & Sinus Wash is a deeply penetrating non-medicated nasal and sinus wash that helps relieve severe nasal congestion due to sinusitis, rhinitis and allergies.
How does Sinus Rinse Wash work?
A preservative free, pH neutral 7 isotonic, hypertonic with two or mare sachets. A hypertonic saline solution is produced when the powder sachets are mixed with warm water. Hypertonic saline solution is 'saltier' than regular saline. The increased saltiness draws liquid out of the sinuses to reduce swelling and help restore the mucociliary flow, helping reduce inflammation and helping to restore normal nasal health. Sinus Rinse thins mucus, normalises the acidic environment and washes away dust, pollen and allergens.
Who can use the Sinus Rinse?
Non-Medicated, Non-habit forming and preservative free and suitable for daily use. Neilmed Sinus Rinse can be used alone, with other medications, during pregnancy and while breastfeeding.
Regular use may help decrease the use of medicated product. Frequent suffers of severe rhinitis and sinusitis will find that regular use of NeilMed Sinus Rinse may reduce the need for medications.
Contents: 1 x Squeeze Bottle and 10 pre mixed sachets of pre-mixed dry powder. Instructions for use.
Rinse your nasal passages only with NeilMed® Sinus Rinse™ packets. Our packets contain a mixture of USP grade sodium chloride and sodium bicarbonate. These ingredients are the purest quality available to make the dry powder mixture. Rinsing your nasal passages with only plain water will result in a severe burning sensation. Use distilled, micro-filtered (through 0.2 micron), commercially bottled or previously boiled & cooled down water at lukewarm or body temperature, properly mixed with NeilMed® Sinus Rinse™ packets.
Do not use tap or faucet water for dissolving the mixture unless it has been previously boiled and cooled down. Do not rinse if nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears. If you have had recent ear or sinus surgery, contact your physician prior to irrigation. If you experience any pressure in the ears or burning in the nasal passages, stop irrigation and get further directions from your physician. Keep out of reach of children.
