Red 8 Rice Protein is non-allergenic and has a very good amino acid profile, close to that of mothers milk. It has a high nutritional value and is good for food nutrition applications. This rice protein powder is certified kosher, pareve, halal and GMO free. Not flavoured or sweetened. Ideal for those who cannot have dairy or soy. 3 rounded dessert spoons provide 19 grams of protein and only 4.93 grams of carbohydrate and only 0.47 grams of fat. Due to the gritty nature of rice, for best results blend into a smoothy and add fruit. I recommend using raspberries, as these have a "gritty" texture too and maybe also add LSA. Mix 3 rounded dessert spoons in 400ml of water or selected beverage, shake or blend. Add ice to the blender for an iced shake.
Amino Acids are the building blocks from which proteins are made.
