Herbatint is easy to use and gentle on your hair. Please read directions carefully before applying
Use only on dry hair.
Using a plastic or a glass container, combine equal and sufficient amounts of herbatint gel and the glycol developer to suit the length and volume of your hair. Replace the caps on the bottles containing unused products, and retain for future use.
Using a brush, apply the mixture onto dry unwashed hair.
For previously coloured hair, apply the mixture to the regrowth area and leave to develop for 30 minutes; then apply the remaining mixture through the rest of the hair; and wait a further 10 minutes (Total processing time is 40 minutes)
For uncoloured hair, apply the mixture through the whole length of the hair starting at the roots. For best coverage use a tinting brush as supplied in a Herbavita Tinting Kit. Discard any unused mixture. Leave to process for 40 minutes.
During processing, the colour of the product may differ from your target colour, this is quite common and doesn't have any effect on the final colour. Once processed rinse hair thoroughly until water is clear, then shampoo your hair, using preferably a shampoo from the herbavita range for best results, rinse and towel dry. Apply the Royal Cream Conditioner. Leave for 5 minutes and rinse again and style your hair as usual.
HERBATINT™ is a permanent hair colorant gel with a natural herbal base that contains NO AMMONIA, but will cover grey 100% and can lighten you hair up to 2 shades.
It was formulated using the minimum pharmaceutical chemical ingredients which, balanced with vegetal extracts from plants and herbs creates a unique hair colour formula that not only gently colours your hair but protects and nourishes it.
Herbatint products are especially formulated from herb extracts and proteins, HERBATINT uses rosemary, cinchona and walnut husk, to gently deposit colour, achieving a natural, vibrant result for your hair.
Due to its unique composition, HERBATINT permanently colours hair without damage - resulting in a natural, subtle colour that not only looks great, but feels good time after time. HERBATINT has a natural translucent property to enhance your hair with a light-reflecting, healthy shine; so it doesn't create the 'block colour' look often associated with chemical colorants.
In a recent survey, four out of five people voted Herbatint - the UK's leading natural hair colour - as one of the best hair colours available and when compared to other hair colours, two thirds (65%) voted Herbatint as the superior hair colour.
When comparing Herbatint to other hair colours, three out of five people preferred the way their hair felt after using natural Herbatint and 40% of respondents found the colour lasted longer than chemical colours, preferring the natural effects blending and fading.
In addition, two thirds (64%) of respondents preferred the smell of Herbatint and three quarters people experienced less staining to the scalp than with their usual hair colour.
Specially formulated from pure herb extracts and proteins, new Herbatint utilises the beneficial properties of herbs including rosemary, cinchona and walnut husk to gently deposit natural colour pigments in hair.
Free from ammonia and utilising only 3% peroxide (compared to up to 10% in other hair colours), the blend of natural ingredients in Herbatint protect and ensure healthy, vibrant looking hair.
