A compress for painful joints: Add 3 drops black pepper, 2 drops chamomile, 2 drops marjoram to a bowl of hot or cold water and apply to the affected area as directed.
Suggestions for use: 5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil for massage and bath - Both before and after physical performance and as a warming and energising tonic when treating colds and flu.
