It is not a sedative and hence may be taken at any time to help overcome the symptoms of stress. Stressmed Relief may be used by those on existing medication without fear of side effects and may be useful to help reduce reliance on chemical stress-reducing medication.
Use 1 to 2 sprays directly into the mouth every 15 minutes for up to 6 doses until symptoms subside, then 3 to 4 times a day as required.
