The Kidney Health Plan

The Kidney Health Plan

Friday, July 1st 2005

There are many herbs that have traditionally been used to nourish and tone the kidneys including Uva Ursi, Juniper berry, Cramp Bark, Ginger, Goldenseal root, Marshmallow root (mucilaginous) and Parsley herb.

The kidneys are able to repair themselves to some extent, depending on the age and general health of the person. Your kidney protection plan should include drinking plenty of water - at least 6 to 8 glasses per day. This is particularly helpful in preventing kidney stones. Remember, the kidneys are not able to function to the best of their ability on tea or coffee!

Time Tested Herbal Formula

Nature's Way Kidney Bladder is a time tested herbal formula that helps restore kidney function. It contains herbs that have antiseptic and diuretic properties along with soothing and mucous membrane tonics. It also contains herbs that act as mild circulatory stimulants and antispasmodics. Nature's Way Kidney Bladder formula has been used as a kidney tonic particularly where the kidneys are stressed or weakened.
