Your Second Chance!
Sometimes it appears that the odds are stacked against us. We contaminate our soil, water and air with toxins which in turn invade our body and disturb its natural state of health. We try to eat right and get enough exercise, but life's fast pace and demands often mean we eat fatty fast food, get little or no exercise and pile on the stress. On top of all that some of us are born with genes that predispose us to less than optimal health.
But nature has offered us another chance to restore our health and to create a healthy internal environment that continually promotes it. Colostrum provides that chance.
Colostrum's primary task is to go where it will do the most good - the immune system - and get it functioning properly. Colostrum is able to act as an insurance policy against disease and a treatment for the immune system and your health.
Leaky gut syndrome
The most convincing proof of the link between gastrointestinal health and overall health is the existence of leaky gut syndrome. Leaky gut syndrome or intestinal permeability is a condition in which the intestinal lining is more permeable than normal, which means there are unusually large pores or spaces between the cells that make up the intestinal wall. This additional space allows toxic substances such as bacteria, viruses, parasites and other harmful factors to enter the bloodstream and reach every part of the body. In a healthy gut, these toxins are eliminated. Undigested fats and proteins can escape into the intestinal wall, resulting in allergic responses by the body. Symptoms that often accompany leaky gut are intestinal cramps, diarrhea, constipation, fatigue, bloating and gas. Leaky gut can also cause malabsorption of minerals.
The colostrums solution
Bovine colostrum is the ideal solution for this health problem. Because colostrums reaches the gut while its components are still viable, its immunoglobulins and other factors can attack the offending pathogens in the intestines and prevent them from causing damage. The growth factors have anti-inflammatory action and also help repair damaged cells in the gut lining, decreasing cellular spacing and thus preventing further leakage. The immunoglobulins in bovine colostrums provide unique protection against disease-causing bacteria and viruses.
Unless the gut is healed, the body will not begin to repair the damage that began with the permeable gut. As healing begins, the amount of toxins dumped into the bloodstream from the gut will decline. Nutritional uptake will improve, organ function will improve and energy levels will rise.
For optimum results, treatment with colostrums should always be accompanied by a nutrient rich diet that eliminates sugar, white flour products, high fat foods, caffeine, alcohol and grains that contain gluten (wheat, barley and rye).
