All prices at healthyonline are in New Zealand dollars (NZD).
As of the 14th of August 2019, one NZ$ was equivalent to about US 70 cents.
This means that a product advertised at NZ$20 will only be around US$13.
To convert our prices to your own local currencies value, simply use the convenient currency conversion link within the Shopping Basket when placing your order.
healthyonline products are delivered internationally by DHL and New Zealand Post. All international parcels and sent by first class insured airmail.
- Your order will usually arrive at your international destination within 5-14 business days of dispatch.
Freight charges are based on your order’s total weight and final destination.
- For orders under 10kg in weight – Select your freight region in the Shopping Basket to calculate the total value of your order (including freight)
- For orders over 10kg in weight - the freight due will be calculated on receipt of your order. We will email you for approval, before processing payment.
- You will be sent an automatic email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you have used in the order form.
- You will be sent a second email by healthyonline confirming dispatch of your order, once payment is received and processed.
Customers are responsible for any customs or taxes imposed on foreign orders.
Before placing your order, please check with your local authorities, to ensure that there are no special requirements for importing health supplements. These requirements may include import duties or taxes. These costs are not the responsibility of healthyonline.
Customs regulations in most countries will allow the 'personal importation' of health supplements. However please ensure that any product you order is not prohibited in your own country. Please note that healthyonline will not be held responsible for the replacement or refund of any products that are confiscated or returned by your country's Customs Office.
Products may be returned by customs to us rather than confiscated in these situations. However refunds for internationally shipped products returned to us, due to incorrect address or customs issues are entirely at our discretion. This is due to the length of time returns of this nature may take and the potential for the products to degrade. In these situations we will reship returned items after payment of the appropriate shipping charges, on request.
Tracking your order
- All international parcels and sent by first class insured airmail. This is not a trackable service, however the goods are insured against loss or damage.
- International delivery with tracking is available for a fee of NZ$30. This is additional to any freight charges and must be requested at the time of placing your order.
- If parcels are delayed beyond 4 weeks we can start an insurance claims process on your hehalf.
- Please note: Delays beyond our usual delivery timeframes are usually caused by customs issues in the destination country.
- Due to potential customs and postal delivery issues in the destination country, healthyonline accepts no responsibility for lost parcels. We will however lodge an insurance claim on your behalf if the parcel does not arrive within 30 days.
