Finding Products and Information
If you know the name of a product (or a key ingredient), use our Search Products box on the navigation bar. Products that match your search will be listed in alphabetical order. Use the Advanced Search to include brand, health topic or keywords.
By Product Category
Browse through the different product categories on the left to find relevant products.
By Health Topic
Select a Health Topic from the drop down box for related products and health information compiled by our Naturopathic team. Or click to view All Health Topics.

Adding products to your Shopping Basket
At any time you can add a product to your Basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" button. You will then be taken to the Shopping Basket page where you can alter the quantity of any item, continue shopping or proceed to the checkout.
Your order can be viewed at any time by Checking Your Basket. If you want to make any changes, click the “Update Order” button to save any changes.
You can create a healthyonline customer membership easily. With membership you can look up your previous orders and reload shopping baskets from a previous visit. You also don’t need to fill out as much information next time you shop with us.

Once you've found everything you're looking for and have added them to your Shopping Basket, click the "Place Order" button.
You will be prompted for your delivery details and to select a payment method.
Credit Card - If you choose to pay by credit card, your credit card information will be processed by our Secure Server, which ensures your credit card details are safely encrypted for your total privacy.
Direct Credit (NZ customers only) - You will be directed to a page with direct credit instructions including our bank account information and reference details.
Cheque (NZ customers only) - Please post your printed order details, together with your payment to:

Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment is received.
You will be sent an automatic Email by healthyonline confirming receipt of your order, to the email address you enter in the order form.
Once your order has been processed, our customer service team will send another email, confirming dispatch of your order. We aim to process orders within 24 hours, during the working week.
Other ways to order from us
Your privacy and security at the healthyonline website are guaranteed (see our privacy and security policy). However, if you prefer not to enter your credit card details through our secure server, you can still shop with us! Simply print out your order form at the end of the checkout process, then either:

Or, if you're in Auckland, come and see us at our retail shop in Glenfield.
Orders sent by mail, fax or phone can be paid by credit card. For NZ customers we also accept personal cheques or direct credits.
