What Currency does healthyonline use?
All our prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$).
On the 9th of February 2018, one NZ$ was equivalent to about US 70 cents.
This means that a product advertised at NZ$20 will only be around US$14
To convert our prices to your own local currencies value, please use our international currency converter. The currency converter will give you a very accurate value of your order in your local currency if required.
For your convenience, we have provided a link to a currency conversion site in your "Shopping Basket" page. A new window will open that allows you to calculate the equivalent value of your order, in your own country's currency. Please note that all healthyonline prices are in New Zealand dollars. (NZ$)
All transactions will appear on your credit card statement in New Zealand dollars, and will be converted by your bank to your local currency.
Once you are happy with your final order and have moved to the "Secure Check Out", you will be asked to enter your name and delivery details, as well as select your choice of payment in the next step.
healthyonline charges are in New Zealand dollars. Payment by credit card is preferred so that we can dispatch your order immediately.
International customers may pay by Credit Card, PayPal or Western Union
New Zealand customers may pay by Direct Credit, Cheque or Credit Card. If paying by cheque please print a copy of your order when complete and send this together with your cheque. As soon as your payment is processed, we will dispatch your order.

When you have reviewed and submitted your order, it is automatically sent to our Customer Services team, who will start to process your order immediately during business hours. You will receive an automatic confirmation of your order, via email immediately. Once your order has been charged and dispatched, a second email will be sent to you by our customer services team confirming this. We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours during the working week.
