Morning sickness is a common problem during pregnancy affecting more than half of all pregnant women. Commonly starting around week 6 of pregnancy (but sometimes earlier), nausea is the main morning sickness symptom and can be accompanied with vomiting. Most women who experience morning sickness only experience symptoms during the first trimester of pregnancy.
