Dandruff
Dandruff is the common name for seborrhea of the scalp, describing small flakes of sebum and skin cells which catch in the hair. Dandruff is harmless and almost universal. Food allergies may cause a problem, as can an inadequate diet, inefficient carbohydrate metabolism, or yeast infections. Dandruff can be substantially controlled by diet.
