Claridges Botanicals Certified Organic Spearmint Tea. Mentha spicata. Now in a home compostable resealable pouch. 

A refreshing drink to have either hot or cold. A delicious alternative to Peppermint. Spearmint is milder in taste and aroma than peppermint. It is a stimulating herb that can be both cooling and warming. It can be extremely effective in helping to ease spasms, hiccups, indigestion and wind.

As this is now in a loose leaf tea, you may be interested in a tea infuser to help you make the perfect cup!

Ingredients

100% Organically grown Spearmint. Certified Organic by Asurequality (0547)

Dosage

Directions: Infuse 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of boiling water for 5-10 minutes. 

To dispose of the compostable bag, simply bury in a garden, worm farm or compost. 

Precautions

Keep out of the reach of children. Store in a dry place.
