Initial General Dosage: 5ml-10ml (1-2 tsp) per day for the 1st 8-12 weeks.
Maintenance dosage: 2.5 ml-5 ml (1/2-1tsp) per day
Start up dosage for advanced and long standing conditions: 10-15 ml (2-3 tsp) per day for the 1st 8-12 weeks
For general health: 1/2 or 1 teaspoon daily
