Directions:
Precautionary Advice: Take 1/4 to 1/2 normal dose for the first 2-3 days.
Shake vigorously before use.
Dosage pre meals. Adult 5-10ml, 3-4 times daily. Child: 1/2 dose. Baby: 1/4 dose. Swill for 10 seconds before swallowing. Refrigeration is not necessary
Shake Well before each dose to remix. If taking prescription medication (drugs) with this product, reduce tonic dose by half and take 20 to 30 minutes prior to medication dose (to avoid nausea)

Breastfeeding and post surgery: 1/4 to 1/2 dose, 2 to 3 times daily. May slow lactation.
Caffeine: Avoid caffeinated beverages for 20 minutes before and after dose.
Note: Nausea may occur as the liver dumps its toxins into bloodstream. Treat with rest, peppermint teas, fresh air and water. Abstinence from the elixir for 1 to 2 days will ease this natural purgatory feeling. nausea in treatment will subside.

About Malcolm K Harker - Master of Herbology.
After a series of unfortunate illnesses in his youth and the diagnosis of more serious health conditions later in his life, Malcolm set out to find a way to heal himself. His study of nutrition and disease, his philosophy on natural self healing and development of natural herbal supplements has assisted thousands on the path to good health.
In conjunction with a drastic change in his health status, Malcolm earned a Diploma in Herbal Studies in 1983 and in 1985 he graduated with a Master of Herbology Degree in Advanced Herbal Medicine from the Emerson College of Herbology Quebec Canada.
