Suggested Dosage

Take 1 tablet three times daily or as directed by your health care professional.  These tablets are made with a break bar.  This allows the tablet to easily be snapped in half for easier swallowing.

Ingredients (per tablet): Calcium (as citrate) 200mg; Calcium (as amino acid chelate) 100mg; (Total Calcium 300mg); Magnesium (as oxide) 150mg; Manganese (as amino acid chelate) 1mg; Boron (as Borax) 1mg; Zinc (as gluconate) 1mg; Equistum arvense (Horsetail) ext. equiv. stem dry 50mg; Vit. D3 (Cholecalciferol 200IU) 5mcg; Vitamin K1 (Phytomenadione) 2.5mcg. No added yeast, gluten, lactose, artificial colours or flavours, artificial sweeteners or preservatives or dairy products.
