Suggested Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily, evenings are best. Some people may need to start with a smaller dosage. To do this, break the tablet in ½ and start by taking this ½ a tablet only. Take ½ a tablet for 3 nights in a row, before increasing to 1 whole tablet. Because you are taking a liver cleansing product it is VITAL your water intake is high; which will help to prevent detoxification symptoms.
