Common Uses

Microgenics Horseradish, Garlic and Histidine combines the soothing, anti inflammatory and mucous reducing properties of five important herbs and the amino acid histidine. Vitamin C and beta carotene are included for their contributory benefits in helping maintain general well-being.

Suggested Dosage

Take one capsule one or two times daily or directed by your health care professional. A maximum dosage for an acute case is 4 capsules in total in a day.

Horseradish, Garlic and Histidine is one of the most popular combinations for relieving symptoms of hay fever, allergies, catarrh and sinusitis. Horseradish is a traditional rubefacient, used for clearing the sinuses. In combination with this, we have included respiratory antibacterial herbs - Garlic and Thyme. This combination acts to relieve symptoms of congestion or rhinitis and get to the base of any lingering or threatened infection of the sinuses. This popular ingredient histidine works as an immune mediator to dampen the immune response when it is excessive - as in hayfever.

Each 1 capsule contains: Horseradish ext equiv root dry 1800mg, Thyme extract, equiv leaf dry 500mg, Garlic bulb powder, equiv bulb dry 200mg, Histidine 150mg, Betacarotene 1.8mg from Dunaliella salina extract equiv Dunaliella cell fresh 43.2mg, Vitamin C 75mg, Marshmallow ext equiv root dry 50mg, Fenugreek ext equiv seed dry 50mg. Free from lactose, salt, gluten, artifical colours, flavours, sweetener or preservatives. The plant ingredients used in this product do not contain known GMO ingredients.
