Each 1 tablet contains: Vitamin D (as ergocalciferol) 66.6 IU, Calcium (as calcium hydroxyapatite, lysinate, citrate, alpha-ketoglutarate and aspartate) 333 mg, Magnesium (as magnesium taurinate, citrate, oxide, alpha-ketoglutarate and aspartate) 166 mg, Phosphorus (as calcium hydroxyapatite) 166 mg, Zinc (as zinc citrate, histidinate, picolinate, alpha-ketoglutarate and aspartate) 8.3 mg. Other ingredients: cellulose, stearic acid, cellulose & glycerine coating, silica. NO: corn, wheat, soy, gluten, milk, salt, sugar, starch, preservatives or artificial colour.
