Ceres Organics Organic Coconut oil. High Heat Cooking Oil. Ceres Organics Coconut oil is produced from organically grown coconuts. This oil is extracted from the dried white flesh and then purified and deodorised using a combination of steam, pressure and mechanical filtering. No petrochemicals or solvents are used in the process and the oil is not heated above 180C. This product is suitable for high-heat-baking, cooking and deep frying.Use in dressings and mayonnaise or as a butter substitute. Country of origin Philippines. Coconut oil will solidify below 21C and will liquefy above this temperature. This does not effect the quality or taste of the product. 200ml
