Ceres Organic Cold Pressed Sunflower Oil is natural, unrefined polyunsaturated oil.  To preserve the natural aroma, colour, flavour and nutritional value of the sunflower seeds, the oil is extracted in the traditional manner - without the use of petrochemical solvents, heavy filtration or deodorisation.  Sunflower oil is a full flavoured oil, recommended for low heat cooking.  It has a maximum heat point of 130C.  Sun flower oil is ideal for gently heated sauces and dressings.  Great for salads and fresh foods too.  Made in Italy. 500ml
