Organic Safflower Oil 500ml

Ceres Certified Organic Safflower Oil, Cold-pressed. This is a natural, unrefined poly unsaturated oil.  To preserve the characteristic natural aroma, colour, flavour and nutritional value of the safflower seeds, the oil is extracted in the traditional manner - without the use of petrochemical solvents, heavy filteration or deodorisation.  Safflower oil is full flavoured oil recommended for low heat cooking.  It has a maximum heat point of 130C. Safflower oil is ideal for gently heated sauces and dressings.  Great on salads and fresh foods too.  Product of Italy. Bottled in New Zealand. A good source of conjugated linoleic acid or CLA.  Certified by Bio Gro. 500ml.
