Common Uses

realMe may help with healthy menstrual cycle, Sleeplessness, Nervous tension, Healthy hormone balance, Stress and Mild Anxiety.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule daily, with food, or as directed by your health care professional.

How long will it take to work for me?  Generally 2 menstrual cycles (6-8 weeks).  Some women report results within 1 cycle, but because everyone is different, it may take 2 cycles or more.

Ingredients

Each vegecap provides: Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Black cohosh rhizome and root 1000mg, Withania somnifera root (Winter cherry) 2000mg, Schizandra chinensis fruit (chinese magnoliavine) 1000mg.  Vitamins and Minerals:  Chromium 25mcg, Vitamin B6 30.5mg, Vitamin B12 25mcg, Folic acid 150mcg, Vitamin E 50IU, Iodine 150mcg.  Encapsulating aids. No gluten, dairy or artificial colours.
