Common Uses

Emotional stress, anxiety, irritability, tearfulness, etc. Physical symptoms due to emotional stress such as palpitations, dizziness, breathlessness, high blood pressure, twitches, neuralgia, and restlessness.

Suggested Dosage

One or two tablets three times a day. May be taken two hourly in cases of extreme stress.

Thompson's Herbal Becalm is a carefully formulated complex of herbs and minerals designed to support the nervous system in times of stress. This complex contains four of the most effective sedative herbs in a form which the body can assimilate easily. It is useful for both short-term situations or for more long-term application. Herbal Becalm is a low allergy formulation and is non-habit forming when taken in the recommended dose.

Ingredients

Each tablet contains:  Minerals: Potassium phosphate dibasic 19.16mg, equivalent potassium 8.6mg, Magnesium phosphate 30mg, equivalent magnesium 6.2mg, Calcium hydrogen phosphate 29.6mg, equivalent calcium 6.9mg.  Herbs: Capsicum powder 5mg. Herbal extracts equivalent to dry: Valerian officinalis (valerian) root 200mg, Humulus lupulus fruit (hops) 100.05mg, Scutellaria laterifolia herb (skullcap) 100mg.  No dairy, egg, gluten, lactose, nuts, shellfish, wheat, yeast, artificial colouring, flavouring or preservatives.
