Suggested Dosage

Take 1 level 5ml measureful twice daily in water, or as directed.

Safety Information

Keep out of reach of Children. There are no known drug interactions with D-Ribose.  But as with all supplements, ensure you do not take in the same mouthful as pharmacy medication and ensure you do not have tea or coffee for at least 1 hour afterwards.
