Special Doses

Pez-Rez™ is a high strength formula however there may be times when you need that extra edge.

• Energy: Take 1-3 capsules when needed.
• Heart health: Take 1 capsule daily. For a booster dose take 2-3 capsules daily as needed. Then maintain on 1 capsule daily.
• Athletes: Take 2 capsules before training for endurance, stamina and or event and after for recovery.
• Brain, joint mobility: Remember to take 1-2 capsules in the morning
• Internal and digestive health: Take 1 capsule 30 mins before food. If you experience bloating when you eat food take 1 capsule before food twice daily for 5 days then reduce to 1 capsule to maintain.
• Defeat fatigue and be proactive against aging and stress: In stressful challenging times take 1-3 daily.
• Skin Boost: Take 2 capsules daily for 5 days then maintain with 1 capsule daily.
• Lungs: Take 1 capsule daily.
• Drinking alcohol: Recover with 2 capsules before sleeping and 2 capsules when you wake up.
