QSilica is useful for maintaining, improving or strengthening of bone, teeth, hair, skin and nails. In this way, Biologically Active Qsilica can help to diminish the appearance of wrinkles. Especially useful for soft, peeling, brittle nails, acne, psoriasis and weak capillaries. Silica is important for strong teeth and bones, particularly in children, teenagers and the elderly, as it helps the body to metabolise calcium. Topically, QSilica may also assist in the relief of psoriasis, acne, burns, sunburn, minor, superficial wounds such as cuts, scratches, abrasions.

Suggested Dosage

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water, one hour before or between meals.

Each Qsilica vegetable capsule contains 280mg colloidal silica, the equivalent of 10ml Biologically Active Qsilica Gel. When taken with a glass of water, the capsules form a colloidal suspension in the stomach for effective absorption of the mineral silica.
