Common Uses

For dry, non-productive coughs, and wet rattly coughs in adults and children. For tight breathlessness. Chest tightness and wheezing due to bronchial congestion. For catarrhal conditions, especially in the upper respiratory tract. And, coughing due to persistent local irritation.

Suggested Dosage

Directions.  Shake Well before use. 

Adults: Take 5-10ml up to 5 times daily.

Children 6-12 years 2-5ml up to 5 times daily

Children 2-5 years 1-2ml up to 3 times daily.

Infants under 2 years 5-10 drops (0.25-0.5ml) up to 3 times daily. 

Take undiluted or in a little water or juice.

Ingredients

Each 1ml contains certified organic herbal extracts equivalent to dried: Mullein leaf 30mg, Elecampane root 30mg, White Horehound herb 27.5mg, Marshmallow root 11mg, in a base of manuka Honey, organic apple juice concentrate and apple cider vinegar, natural orange and lemon flavour.  Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours or preservatives, gluten, yeast or dairy derivatives.  Contains 7% alcohol.

Use as directed. During pregnancy, do not take for longer than 10 days at a time. If symptoms continue, consult a suitably trained health professional. Keep out of reach of children.
