Suggested Dosage

Directions for use: Pour contents of one sachet (comes with 5x 7.8 g sachets) into the Fess Sinu Cleanse squeeze bottle. Fill the bottle with previously boiled warm water to line marked Full. Do not use boiling hot water. Gently shake until contents have completely dissolved. Use as directed as per the instruction leaflet enclosed. Use over a sink or the bath. Caution: Avoid inhailing or swallowing the solution during use, as it may cause discomfort. Discard any remaining solution after use. Do not use Fess Sinu Cleanse is your nasal passages are completely blocked or if you have an ear infection.

How does it work? A preservative free, hypertonic saline solution is produced when the powder sachets are mixed with warm water. Hypertonic saline solution is 'saltier' than regular saline. The increased saltiness draws liquid out of the sinuses to reduce swelling and help restore the mucociliary flow, helping reduce inflammation and helping to restore normal nasal health.
