Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 1 VegeCap daily. Can be taken anytime, with food or on an empty stomach. Or as directed by your Health care Professional.  We usually recommend taking magnesium in the evening, approximately 1-2 hours after dinner, to help to unwind better at night.

Three forms of Magnesium have been provided in GO Magnesium 650 + Cramp Bark to further enhance absorption. Magnesium in the body serves several important metabolic functions. Magnesium plays a role in the production and transport of energy. It is also important for the contraction and relaxation of muscles. Magnesium helps maintain normal muscle and nerve function, keeps heart rhythm steady, supports a healthy immune system, and keeps bones strong. Magnesium also helps regulate blood sugar levels, promotes normal blood pressure, and is known to be involved in energy metabolism and protein synthesis. Deficiency of Magnesium can result in: muscle spasms, muscular weakness, lethargy, insomnia, depression, mental confusion, decreased attention span, irritability. Cramp Bark is a strong anti-spasmodic. Cramp Bark is most used to relieve cramps, including menstrual cramps, muscle cramps, and stomach cramps.

Ingredients

Each VegeCapsule contains: Magnesium aspartate (equiv. Magnesium 60mg) 300mg, Magnesium amino acid chelate (equiv. Magnesium 60mg) 300mg, Magnesium oxide (equiv. Magnesium 30mg) 50mg, TOTAL ELEMENTAL MAGNESIUM 150mg, Cramp Bark (Viburnum opulus) ext. equiv. to bark dry 550mg.  Contains no added wheat, gluten, corn, yeast, milk, artificial flavours or preservatives.  May contain encapsulating aids.
