Lifestream AstaZan has the remarkable ability to support fast and optimum muscle recovery after any physical activity.  In a double blind, placebo controlled study at the University of Memphis; the astaxanthin supplemented group experienced no muscular fatigue after intense exercise, as compared to the placebo group.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 1 capsule per day, with food.

For optimum results take 1 capsule with a meal 3 times daily for an initial 2-week period. After two weeks reduce to a maintenance dose of 1-3 capsules daily as required.

Lifestream AstaZan is a superior natural antioxidant containing an active component called astaxanthin (pronounced as-ta-zan-thin). AstaZan is a natural complex of carotenoids including astaxanthin, beta-carotene and lutein. Each vegetarian capsule contains: Natural Astaxanthin 4mg, Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 10mg, Lutein 40mcg. Also contains: GE Free safflower oil, GE free cornstarch, carageenan, sorbitol, glycerin, water.  This product is free from wheat, gluten, milk derivatives, yeast, sugar, artificial colour, flavour and preservatives.
