Common Uses

Perfect if you are susceptible to changes in the weather or are particularly agitated. This oil provides an invisible protective shell and helps you to feel good during stressful times. Lavender is calming to the nervous system and moor (peat) is grounding.  Best applied to skin that's still moist from shower or bath.

Suggested Dosage

Application: Shake Dr Hauschka Moor Lavender Body oil before each use, to mix the ingredients.  Gently massage onto moist skin after showering or bathing, to seal in moisture and prevent dryness.
