Quercetin 500mg is a bioflavonoid with potent antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties shown to help prevent histamine release, reducing allergy symptoms. Quercetin may help relieve hayfever, sinusitis and asthma because it can block allergic reaction to pollen and reduce inflammation in the airways and lungs. This anti-inflammatory reaction also makes it useful for inflammatory disorders of the joints and muscles, such as rheumatoid arthritis, gout and fibromyalgia.
