Suggested Dosage

Take the contents of one cleanse packet 15-30 minutes before breakfast and 15-30 minutes before dinner. Take contents of capsule packet with breakfast and dinner (twice daily). Mix cleanse packet in 8 ounces of juice or water. Shake, blend, or stir vigorously. Drink immediately. It is recommended that an additional glass of water be consumed immediately after drink. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.

Each serve contains proprietary blend 6760 mg Psyllium hulls, natural apple-cinnamon flavour, potassium citrate, malic acid, aloe vera, stevia leaf extract, sodium copper chlorophyllin, hydrated bentonite. LBSII Amount per 2 capsules. Proprietary blend 850mg. Cascara sagrada, buckthorn bark, licorice root, capsicum fruit, ginger root, oregon grape root, turkey rhubarb root, couch grass herb, red clover tops. Other ingredients: Gelatin and water. Enviro-Detox Amount per capsule. Proprietary blend 486mg.
