Suggested Dosage

Recommended Use: Take the contents of one pack (6 capsules) 15 minutes before breakfast and 15 minutes before dinner daily for 10 days. Drink one glass of water with the capsules. Continue this program for 10 days. Leanne suggests that if this is the first time you have completed a cleanse like this, you should start with just 1 packet in the evening only for 2 nights in a row, then increase to 1 packet 15 minutes before breakfast and 1 packet 15 minutes before dinner.
