This is what 1 customer told us about his use with Vitamin B2 for Migraines:  As a migraine sufferer he was living on neurofen and other pain killers. His specialist suggested trying 400mg of Vitamin B2 a day.  Within 1 month he was completely free of headaches - after having them nearly every day of the week previously.  He was then advised to reduce to 200mg a day, as a maintenance.  He remains migraine free at this dosage. Common Uses

A deficiency of this vitamin is mainly manifested in the skin and the mucous membranes. The most common symptoms of a lack of B2 are cracks and sores in the corner of the mouth, lesions of the lips, a red sore tongue, a feeling of grit and sand on the insides of eyelids, burning of the eyes, eye fatigue, dilation of the pupil, changes in the cornea and sensitivity to light. Scaling around the nose, mouth, forehead and ears; vaginal itching, oily skin, eczema on the face and genitals; and baldness are other symptoms that may relate to a deficiency of B2.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: 1 capsule daily, preferably at mealtimes.

Each 1 capsule provides Riboflavin 100mg. Vegetable capsule shell (hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose) Anticaking agents. Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Bulking agent microcrystalline cellulose.
