Use of this product before and or after exercise, will provide a superior bio-available source of amino acids, so that the body does not need to break down healthy tissue in order to repair the muscle groups that are damaged as a result of resistance training. This supports minimal recovery periods, enabling athletes to continue training longer and harder and helps maintain the desired muscle growth.

Suggested Dosage

Add 30 grams (2 heaped scoops) of PharmaSports 100% instantised whey to 150ml of cold water or low fat milk and shake vigorously until completely dissolved. Alternatively mix the ingredients in a high speed blender for 1 minute.
