Common Uses

CLA Xtreme is an ideal ergogenic supplement for those wanting to manage fat metabolism and total body fat, whilst supporting energy levels. CLA is particularly helpful for helping maintain lean abdominal and thigh fat stores. The benefits of any thermogenic or ergogenic supplement will be enhanced when used in conjunction with an appropriate, healthy diet and exercise.

Suggested Dosage

1 softgel one to three times daily, preferably 1 hour before meals.

Each softgel provides: Conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) (from safflower oil) 750mg ; L-Carnitine (L-carnipure®) 100mg ; Guarana (standardised extract) 75mg ; Green Tea (standardised extract min 40% polyphenols & 30% catechins) 50mg ; Caffeine (from Guarana & green tea extracts) 17mg ; Vitamin E (d-alpha tocopherol) 10IU ; Chromium (picolinate) 100mcg.

Safety Information

Not recommended for children under 13 years, pregnancy or lactating women or persons with high blood pressure or sensitive to caffeine. Possible effects of CLA on insulin have been noted recommend caution for those on diabetic medication.
