Common Uses

Creatine has been shown to support: Energy production for short intense exercise. Muscle hydration and strength. Muscle growth. Lactic acid management. Management of muscle fatigue and optimised recovery time

Suggested Dosage

Loading phase: 5 grams (1 teaspoon) 4-6 times daily depending on body weight for 5-7 days then reduce to maintenance dosage. Maintenance phase: 5 grams (1 teaspoon) daily. Benefits may be enhanced by taking creatine with a carbohydrate based drink and in eight week cycles, separated by a four week break.
