Suggested Dosage

Adults: Mix 1/2 tsp of Barley Grass powder into juice, smoothie, salad dressing or other food:

Build up to twice daily over the first month.

Barley Pesto Bash:

4 tsp barley grass powder, 2 tbls toasted pine nuts, 2 large garlic cloves, 2 cups spinach, 3/4 cup parsley, 1/2 cup oregano, 1/4 cup chives, 2 tbls Parmesan cheese, 3 tbls flax seed or olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.   Finely mince pine nuts and garlic. Process all ingredients except oil until finely minced.  Slowly mix oil until well blended.  Store in an air tight container in refrigerator.  Avoid heating, as this will destroy the nutrients.
