Braggs is an all purpose seasoning made from vegetable protein. Can be used by both diabetics and candida suffers. This product is Kosher certified and is not fermented. Braggs Liquid Aminos contains essential amino acids and natural occurring amounts from liquid protein from soy protein only. Even though it does not contain added salt, this has a salty taste.
