Common Uses

Suggested Dosage

Take 5ml twice a day. Can be taken in a small quantity of water or fruit juice.

The Valerian contains volatile oils and other substances which have been found to have sedative properties that does not leave the groggy morning after effect that some pharmaceutical sleeping tablets do. This herb contains GABA, a relaxant neurotransmitter and also contains substances which help act on GABA metabolism in the brain. This herb has no addictive components and people will not establish a long term tolerance.

Each 5ml contains extracts equivalent to dry; Turnera diffusa (Damiana) leaf 835mg, Leonurus cardiaca (Motherwort) herb 835mg, Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) root 835mg, Avena sativa (Oats*) seed 835mg, Hypericum perforatum (St. John's Wort) herb 835mg. Contains Ethanol. * Contains Gluten. Safety Information

Keep out of reach of children. Shake well before use and store below 30°C. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your Healthcare Professional. Discontinue taking this product four weeks before undergoing surgery as Ginkgo or Garlic or Bilberry has been shown to thin the blood in some people. Consult your doctor before taking this product following surgery. St John's Wort affects the way some prescriptions medications work. Seek medical advice.
