Suggested Dosage

Can be taken anytime, but most will find it convenient to take around 20 minutes before a meal. Add 1 heaped teaspoon of powder (5g) to half a glass of water or diluted fruit juice. Mix well and drink immediately. Follow this up with a further half glass of liquid of your choosing. This can be taken twice daily if required. Young children should be properly supervised as the blend expands when mixed with water. Remember to drink at least one glass of water of fruit juice for every heaped teaspoon of powder. Can also be mixed with cereals, milk shakes, or yogurts, however it is important that the required levels of liquids are taken.
