Common Uses

For dry, non-productive coughs, and wet rattly coughs in adults and children. For tight breathlessness. Chest tightness and wheezing due to bronchial congestion. For catarrhal conditions, especially in the upper respiratory tract. And, coughing due to persistent local irritation.

Suggested Dosage

Adults: Take 5 to 10mls (1 - 2 capfuls) undiluted or in a little water or juice as needed up to 6 times a day. Children: Take half the adult dose. Shake before use. Store below 30°C away from direct sunlight.

Ingredients

Each 1ml contains extracts equivalent to dried organic; Marshmallow root 11mg, White Horehound herb 27.5mg, Mullein leaf 30mg, Elecampane root 30mg and natural herbal flavouring in a base of organic Manuka Honey. Contains 7% alcohol.
