Common Uses

A.Vogel's Molkosan liquid helps maintain healthy intestinal flora and should always be taken while on or after taking antibiotics. Increases insulin production, pancreatic enzyme production, stimulates metabolism and Anti-infective (both internally and externally). This product is also beneficial to be taken if you have Thrush, Candidiasis (Candida Albicans), Athlete's foot, Ringworm, Flatulence, Eczema, Dermatitis, Psoriasis, poor metabolism, helps metabolise sugar (beneficial to diabetics) and as a slimming aid. Molkosan can be added to Iced Teas, Juices and is a refreshing drink before or after exercising as a thirst quencher. For best results, A.Vogel's Molkosan should be used regularly over a sustained period of time.

Suggested Dosage

Internal use: 1 teaspoonful (or 1 tablespoon, if desired) of A.Vogel's Molkosan to a glass of mineral water taken internally, 3 times daily, before or with meals. As a slimming aid and to enhance metabolism: 15ml of A.Vogel's Molkosan should be diluted in 100ml of mineral water or diluted vegetable 'juice' for maximum benefit. Diabetics: 1 tablespoon of A.Vogel's Molkosan to a glass of non-carbonated spring water with meals. External use: Apply to small wounds, abrasions and skin rashes, either neat or diluted to a ration of 1 : 4 with water. For insect bites, apply undiluted on the bite. For athletes foot, soak a cotton pad undiluted and apply to toes overnight. For eczema, apply to a wet cotton pad and apply to the affected area. As a hair and body rinse, dilute A.Vogel's Molkosan 1 : 10 with water and use this mixture to rinse hair and skin after showers. There is no need to rinse this off. For thrush, apply to affected area diluted in a ration of 1 : 4 with water or cool chamomile tea.

Health Information

The name A.Vogel's Molkosan is derived from Molke, the German word for whey, which is naturally lacto-fermented by adding special cultures. This enables most of the lactose to be converted to lactic acid, however 4.5% of lactose remains. This small percentage of lactose will not cause any adverse reactions in lactose intolerant people. A high content of L (+) lactic acid and minerals especially Calcium, Potassium, Phosphorous are contained in A.Vogel's Molkosan. L (+) lactic acid provides an antiseptic action to inhibit bacterial and fungal infections. A.Vogel's Molkosan presents no digestive problems for lactose-intolerant or lactose-sensitive people. A.Vogel's Molkosan can be best described as a natural balance. A.Vogel's Molkosan helps the body to restore a natural balance by mildly stimulating the stomach, intestines and the pancreas and by supporting a healthy climate for the friendly bacteria in the intestinal tract. A.Vogel's Molkosan helps to balance the pH value of the body. This low acidity created by A.Vogel's Molkosan promotes the growth of the normal digestive tract flora including the all important acidophilus bacteria that has been disturbed. A.Vogel's Molkosan has been found to have anti-fungal activity. It can be applied to areas affected by fungal infections such as athlete's foot, ringworm or thrush. Solutions of Molkosan in water are also effective against a variety of skin disorders and scalp complaints such as dandruff. The yeast Candida Albicans is present in every individual. It normally lives harmlessly in the gastrointestinal tract. Antibiotics are often responsible for upsetting the balance of the intestinal flora by suppressing the normal intestinal bacteria. Safety Information

Keep out of reach of Children. A.Vogel's Molkosan could cause problems with a chronically ulcerated oesophagus if not applied in a much diluted form. However, if the condition is due to Candidiasis or complicated by it, A.Vogel's Molkosan is beneficial for that disease itself. Refrigerate after opening.
